This past weekend at the Farmer’s Market I had the pleasure of meeting a local couple that has their own pig farm. No big deal, it’s just a pig farm. Now of course, me being me, I can’t hear enough of their story.
Their pigs are a line of pigs out of England. The meat and taste are totally different from what you buy in the grocery store. Unfortunately, I had a day of fun planned and didn’t think I would need a cooler to buy pork chops! They showed me the meat and it looked so much better! I can’t wait to try it.
