One of my most favorite Bible verses is Jeremiah 29:11.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
I have lived through the unknown of what my future held by holding on to Jesus and faith through it all. Some days it was a thread about to snap. God got us through the storm that led us to a holler that has been such a beautiful journey. What’s coming next? I have no idea but I know that God has plans for us. Plans that are more than my wildest dreams are made up of. I know that His plans are catered to every fiber of my being and every desire of my heart while making sure that His best is intertwined through every detail. Amazing and life changing things happen when you allow Him to work in your life. We may not get an instant answer or change that we are looking for but we can count on Jesus to make sure all of our unknowns are taken care of and every detail is taken care of.
After all, He is already there and already knows the plans. Give Him time to work out all the details and wait for His best. It’s worth it, I promise!
I have hope and a future and so do you so claim it! What are you waiting for?
