Thanks for stopping by! I am so glad that you are here! Let me tell you a little about me. I was born and raised in Georgia and have lived near my childhood home up until recently. Most importantly,  I am a follower of Jesus. Now, I want to first say that I am NOT perfect and fall short daily but I LOVE JESUS. He has shown me mercy and grace more times than I deserve but yet through it all, He loves me. When you are bare in front of Him, nothing is impossible. His love is unfathomable and leaves me in awe daily. It is my hope and desire to spread this contagious love to you.

About Me

I am a wife. Not a perfect one. I can’t cook and I really can’t do laundry but I do try. We’ve had many tasteless dinners over our ten-year marriage but I’d like to think it’s kinda like wine and gets better with age. Am I right?! I am blessed with an amazing husband handpicked by God for me.

God blessed me to be Luke & Jack’s mom. I am blessed with boys that have the kindest and sweetest hearts you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. Of course, they are all boy, they do fight and they aren’t always on the best of behavior.  Their hearts are pure and I can’t ask for more.

We recently moved to Kentucky to fulfill my husband’s calling of becoming an optometrist. We have acquired quite the testimony in getting here and all I can say is Glory to God!  Through this journey, I have learned that God’s plans and timing are always perfect and He answers prayers. Moving here was the hardest and most exhausting thing I’ve done but it has been so rewarding spiritually. I’ve been stripped bare of my lifestyle, moved away from my family, my friends that have become my soul sisters, a church family. Everything and Everyone. The only thing I knew was the unknown and Jesus. The greatest thing was when I learned to bare it all to Him, Barefoot In A Holler.
