Tomorrow will begin the journey of
Embracing the seasons of life & learning to have faith through life’s unknown moments.
I hope you will join me as we rise from ashes, blooming with faith as small as a mustard seed, and choosing faith over fear while trusting our unknown moments to a God who knows.
Have you ever believed that you were meant to be stuck in the life that you’ve made as an accumulation of poor decisions from your early years and into your adult years? A life of an on and off again relationship with Jesus resulting in a poor intimate connection with him or maybe even a life as far away from him never experiencing the abundant life that only he offers. Each day a piece of your soul withered away like a flower lacking water and sunshine until one day, the days turned into years and the only thing left are dry, crippling to the touch, and parched roots. Just like a flower, we experience life in seasons and we must receive water, light, and food to reach our full potential. Winter months can sometimes be painful and rough to the touch but stick around as we discover the fullness of life Jesus can offer during all our seasons.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
